Sataplia Cave belongs to the karst landscape of the protected reserve in Tskaltubo Municipality. The cave’s underground setting forms one part of a site also known for preserved dinosaur footprints. Colchic forest and wild-bee habitats add a living landscape above ground; the cave and footprint exhibits are distinct features of the reserve.
