Privacy and your rental inquiry

When you send an inquiry, we store your name, phone or email, preferred language, vehicle, dates, message and consent time to manage the inquiry and rental.

Essential session cookies protect forms and authentication. Favorites and plans are stored in your browser. Optional sharing creates a temporary link without your precise starting location. You can delete it using the deletion token issued when sharing.

Location is requested only after your action and is not stored on the server by default. Opening the map sends technical requests to the tile provider. External navigation opens only when you select it. Marketing trackers are disabled.

Internal page counters do not record precise location or IP addresses. Rate limiting keeps a keyed IP hash for a short period. Private files use encrypted storage; identity scans are disabled by default. The owner must approve retention and deletion rules before launch.

Before public launch, the owner must publish the data controller’s identity, contact details, retention periods and the procedure for access or deletion requests.
