Katskhi’s roughly forty-metre rock pillar supports a small summit church. A Bolnisi-style cross is carved at its base; monastic remains include a wine cellar and qvevri vessels.

Checked 2026-09-13: GNTA says ordinary visitors cannot climb the pillar. Confirm ground-level access separately.
